But then it became, “We did it.”
Making macarons is truly a labor of love. We make them in small, housemade batches — crisp on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle, just the way they should be. They take patience, precision, and practice… but we genuinely enjoy every step.
Our fillings range from rich chocolates and silky custards to smooth buttercreams — and the list keeps growing. Some of the ingredients we use in our fillings are the very same ones we use in our gelato and ice cream, sourced directly from Italy.
These scrumptious treats are perfect for birthdays, graduation parties, holidays… or simply as a little treat for yourself.
